Artist's Comments
Done...I ain't touching it no more...lol.

Not a photographic manipulation...

My wife painted digitally...and my brain is tired.

Update...my wife loves it but she did critique it...lol. I filled in the bangs as per her request...thank God for digital...lol. Also I brightened the right eye a bit...

Also, I noticed that she seems to be looking to our left, I worked on this problem the entire time while painting...and could not figure out why...if you view this in full view cover each eye up one at a time and you will see that she is looking right at you...as I talked to my wife on the phone...she explained why this is. The photo reference that she sent me was when she held the camera up in the bathroom and was looking at the mirror behind the camera...

DUH! I thought I was losing my mind...lol.

Prayer

A cleric prays at a frozen altar for a quick ending to the harsh winter that has befallen her clan.
"Prayer" was digitally painted using Adobe Photoshop 7 and a Wacom tablet. The cleric character was painted based on a stock photograph. The model is Vaoni and her stock photography is found here The original photograph is found here
The background and altar was painted from my imagination as well as the cleric's costume...
I have just recently played with my new Wacom tablet. This is not the first painting that I have done but it is the first one published here on Elfwood. Using this new digital pencil is not any faster compared to a mouse. Thus by far it's not!...lol. And not to mention the cramps of my fingers from holding the darn thing.

Shower Of Death

Okiedokie,
To be sure, I didn't do Lucy justice here I know. However, what can one do when totally bored yet determined to get a painting done whithin 24 hours.
I found this pic of Lucy http://www.deviantart.com/deviation/24635082 and wanted to try my wacom tablet once again. I hope that I at least did something right. She's in the shower for the final time. And there is a guest in the house as well. Insiped by Alfred Hitchcock and his creation "Psycho".
Totally painted using Adobe 7.0 and a wacom tablet. NO PHOTOMANIPULATION.

And here is the "scream queen's" home here on Deviant. http://splucy-stock.deviantart.com With respect to you Lucy.

Elven Eve

I only had a half a day left before I went back to work...I kinda used up my time on vacation doing nothing but,... well, nothing...lol. So, I decided to try my hand at a little fantasy work and here it is, "Elven Eve". This is not a photomanipulation and you can certainly tell it isn't very detailed. Created using Adobe Photoshop and a Wacom tablet. Also, the model is the beautiful Kamille "Dust Stock" <http://dust-stock.deviantart.com/>
Everything else is from my Imagination...which is very limited...lol.
