Jeff Gordon Fires Entire Pit Crew

This just in from KNKOW News...

Jeff Gordon announced today that he was firing his entire pit crew. This announcement followed Gordon's decision to take advantage of President Obama's scheme to employ Harlem youngsters.

The decision to hire them was brought about by a recent documentary on how unemployed youths from Harlem were able to remove a set of wheels in less than 6 seconds without proper equipment, whereas Gordon's existing crew could only do it in 8 seconds with thousands of dollars worth of high tech equipment.

It was thought to be an excellent and bold move by Gordon's management team, as most races are won or lost in the pits. However, Gordon got more than he bargained for.

At the crew's first practice session, not only was the inexperienced crew able to change all 4 wheels in under 6 seconds, but within 12 seconds they had changed the paint scheme, altered the VIN number, and sold the car to Kyle Busch for 10 cases of Bud, a bag of weed, and some photos of Jeff Gordon's wife in the shower.

Escape

An older painting I created long ago but was too small to get a good print. So, I enlarged it and tweaked it a bit for a better printing for my own pleasure. Funny how I didn't know anything about painting digitally back then and worst of all, dpi and print sizes. I still am not sure how to create a work that will print decently. You see I paint now at 91 dpi. I know that we all are told to create a word at least 300 dpi. But, you tell my computer that and it will just spit back crashes and get really nasty at me. I like working on a 1 to 1 ratio when painting. I have Adobe Photoshop set at 91 dpi so the screen is the actual size as the target size I want to achieve. But does this print really good pics of my works...well...it's OK for me...lol.

Aldavey Inspiration

Well, it is a rare occasion that I get to talk briefly with a really hot model anywhere in the universe but alas I did, and got permission to paint a portrait of her. Aldavey of Deviant Art and Face Book. This wonderful lady is not just one to post her Photography but loves fan art. I consider this a challenge and a treat to paint a portrait of her just so I can appease my own inner self. Aldavey is a unique model, in that she is not only pretty, but a bit Gothic, Vampirish, hell a Cannibal...lol. That's what she goes by on face book..."Daddy's Little Cannibal"...

My painting is almost complete, and with that I am also recording the process via Cam Studio to place with it, for her and all to see...pending her permission of course.

Not a photographic manipulation...

My wife painted digitally...and my brain is tired.

Update...my wife loves it but she did critique it...lol. I filled in the bangs as per her request...thank God for digital...lol. Also I brightened the right eye a bit...

Also, I noticed that she seems to be looking to our left, I worked on this problem the entire time while painting...and could not figure out why...if you view this in full view cover each eye up one at a time and you will see that she is looking right at you...as I talked to my wife on the phone...she explained why this is. The photo reference that she sent me was when she held the camera up in the bathroom and was looking at the mirror behind the camera...

DUH! I thought I was losing my mind...lol.
